Halloween Candy Buy Back in Phoenix East Valley area 2017
The Halloween Candy Buyback buys candy from children after Halloween (up to $2 per pound). The program get candy off of the streets and send it in care packages to troops overseas. The troops get a brightened day and often share the candy with locals in a show of trust. The program have partnered with Soldiers’ Angels by shipping all the candy donated along with toothbrushes so troops abroad can receive goodies in their Soldiers’ Angels care packages.
