2018 Top 50 Hottest Neighborhood in Phoenix by zipcode

Phoenix Business Journal teamed with housing industry researchers Metrostudy to reveal the hottest neighborhoods around metro Phoenix. The Metrostudy Heat Index determines the “hotness” of each market by changes in average sale price, sale volume and total transaction volume with at least 300 transactions year to date, as well as new home activity and absorption, where applicable.

The average closing price is for combined attached and detached sales. These numbers represent year to date, as of Novemver 13, 2018, compared with the same period in 2017.
